Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does it take to ship an order? Most orders ship within one business day (Monday through Friday) via USPS. If an item is listed in the shop, that means it is IN STOCK and available to ship so I can get your order out to you as quickly as possible! Depending on the shipping method, your order will generally take 3-5 business days to arrive.

    • Free standard shipping on stickers, prints, and individual stencils (for less than $20) ship via USPS First Class Mail. That means regular snail mail with a stamp! USPS snail mail is incredibly reliable, and orders very rarely get lost. (3-5 business days)

    • Sticker, prints, and stencil orders over $20 are automatically upgraded to USPS First Class Package Mail, which comes with tracking. If your order is less than $20, and you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, you may do so during checkout.

    • All stencil sets, tins, plastic pans, swatch magnets, etc. ship for free via USPS First Class Package Mail with tracking. Even if your order is less than $20, you do not need to upgrade shipping to get tracking. (3-5 business days)

    • If your combined order of items exceeds 1lb in weight, it will also ship via USPS Priority Mail. No need to worry about the weight and the additional costs! I'll take care of that on my end for you. (2-3 business days / Please note that Priority Mail is NOT guaranteed to arrive in the given timeframe! It usually does, but USPS does not guarantee that it will.)

    • If you're interested in other shipping options, please don't hesitate to contact me.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, shipping has resumed to Canada and Europe.

  • Is everything in your shop handmade or made in-house? All original artwork and the stickers and prints created from that artwork are made in-house.

    • Stickers are not mass-produced, and I make them in small batches. I scan and digitally edit my artwork, print them onto waterproof vinyl, seal them with a protective vinyl laminate, and cut them in-house.

    • Prints are created in-house. They're printed using genuine Canon ChromaLife+ Inks on professional quality Canon papers.

    • Inks, stencils, swatch magnets, and watercolor charts are all produced in-house.

    • Watercolor tins and half pans are beyond my ability to create! Those are sourced from wholesalers based here in the US.

  • The item(s) I want to buy are out of stock! When will they be available? I do my best to keep things in stock, but I'm a one-woman business and despite my best effort, I have not (yet) figured out how to bend space and time! If you have any questions about when an item will be back in stock, please click the button to be notified when an item is back in stock or drop me a quick line! :-) I'm happy to answer your questions! Please note that original paintings are one of a kind and cannot be restocked. If you're interested in a commissioned painting, just contact me.

  • Do you take commissions or create custom items? Yes, I do! However, custom paintings or custom items take extra time, and sometimes, I'm not able to accommodate due to other commitments. If I'm not able to create something for you in a timely manner or if your project is beyond my skill set, I will always let you know up front!
