Frequently Asked Questions


  • How long does it take to ship an order? The current sale is running through November 29, 2022. All orders will ship no later than November 30, 2022. 

  • How are your paintings shipped? All painting orders ship for free via USPS First Class Package WITH TRACKING. For orders over $100, you are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority with tracking and insurance for up to $100. Paintings are packaged with sturdy cardboard backing and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. 


  • Do you take commissions or create custom items? Yes, I do! However, custom paintings or custom items take extra time, and sometimes, I'm not able to accommodate due to other commitments. If I'm not able to create something for you in a timely manner or if your project is beyond my skill set, I will always let you know up front! The commission process is pretty straightforward. If we both agree to the commission, I will send a basic contract that lays out what's being created, the price, and the timeline. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, I will begin working on the commission. Typically, you will receive either a digital mock-up or a rough sketch of what I will paint for you. Changes and/or adjustments can be made at this time. After the mock-up/sketch has been approved, no further changes can be made.
